Winter Festivals During Covid

This winter, things look a little different in the Vail Valley.  Large events, like the Burton US Open and the Beaver Creek Winter Culinary Weekend, have already been cancelled, however lots of great activities have popped up in their place as a way to enjoy the season responsibly and safely!

Magic of Lights in Vail will be happening thorughout December and January, with a beautiful and dazzling display of lights in the Gerald Ford Park.  You can purchase your tickets online!  Vail is also continuing their Art Walks each Wednesday evening, or you can do the virtual tour at your leisure!

Beaver Creek will be continuing their Thursday Night Lights tradition with fireworks at 8:00PM and an afternoon of rotating activities.   They also have a nightly Tree Light Show and ice skating.  The esteemed Vilar Performing Arts Center has socially-distanced shows throughout the winter, some of which will be streamed live for viewers at home with artists such as Robert Randolph, Leftover Salmon, Keller Williams, and Jim Breuer.
